The origin of the Alien

(grey)

Have you ever looked closely at ourselves, and of the animals and made the connection to our environment and how evolution shaped us? We are perfectly suited to live on earth. No we don't have furry coats to protect from the cold, we are not as element hardy as the animals, we don't have sharp claws to protect ourselves with either, but we have one thing they don't. And that is extra mental capacity.

Our brains allow us to cover ourselves when we are cold, allow us to fashion weapons to be used like claws, but better. Our brains are our evolutionary advantage.

So what about the typical alien grey? What kind of planet or mothership are they from, what kind of conditions do they live under? Let's look at the alien body and take a few logical conclusions of origin from it according to the evolutionary process:

Alien parts chart

The (grey) alien body
:
Slender body and a large head, not necessarily suited to a high gravity environment, I would assume not even suitable for Earth gravity, so the assumption is that they are from a planet smaller than Earth, it could even be that they have been evolving on a giant mother ship, and not a planet at all. Is it so hard to conceive your home planet being so far away and out of mind that a technologically advanced species could live it's whole life on a spaceship? Large head: Hmmm, what's inside, intel?
One could assume, just by looking at the other physical characteristics (let alone size) such as lack of claws and big teeth, that this creature relies on intelligence to survive. Obviosly, like humans, it too has weapons or tools that take the place of claws and teeth.

No Hair:

Initial observation would reveal indications of extreme baldness which suggests they are carriers of the gene responsible for male pattern baldness, hence bald men are deceptors and people should be wary of men with thinning or lack of hair as they may be alien spies due to their genetic similarity to aliens.
Seriously though ;-) .
The only (or at least mostly) hairless animals that live in a temperate climate are reptiles and worms. Are the aliens (greys) from a warm climate? Or are they cold blooded like a reptile? I'll go with the mammals here and assume it is a warm climate they are from. But, suppose they have evolved on motherships, who's to say that multiple generations of these creatures didn't live and die, living only on a mothership? Is it not feasable to think that? That they are celestial wanderers with no home but the one they tote, like a galactic RV, like the greys here on earth, invading mall parking lots near you?

Skin colour:

The grey appearance suggests an evolutionary environment that is low in light intensity, but is this contradictory?

The body (again):

The problem is though, on a low light world one would assume it is cold, but a skinny body suggests not much heat retention, so could one assume a dim, warm environment?

Nose:
Not much of a nose, suggests that dependence on smell is not important.

Mouth:
Small mouth suggests that their food is soft, maybe even liquid, I can't see them chewing on steak, at least not before it is puree'd.

Eyes:
One could assume that because the eyes are so big and all black, that they are designed for low light conditions, one could, just maybe assume they have slitted pupils like a cat does? However, another peculiarity is that desert mammals, like the gerbil and the camel also have black eyes, if you look close enough at a gerbil, you can see slitted eyes. Perhaps slitted eyes are very good, perhaps superior in extremely variable light conditions. It's even possible that it could be a retractable sunglasses-like film that covers their eyes in extreme light conditions, whereas normally they spend a lot of time in the dark?

No Fingernails?:
Further indication, that due to lack of defensive fingernails, one can assume that they use their heads to defend themselves with (headbuts?), my personal assumption is that the less tools the animal body has that can injure an enemy like sharp teeth, sharp nails, bad smells whatever, the more an organism must use their wits to bail out or to defend in a confrontation, or use their intelligence to make their own sharp teeth and nails, that which we call weapons.
So how do they pick at things without fingernails, how do alien grey teens pick their zits, how do they pick the liner out of a pop bottle to realise they can 'please try again'? Perhaps they have suction cups on their fingertips, that could come in handy, if things are not too dusty, it would help also if the environment was damp.

Neck:
Again, skinny neck, not suited for earth gravity, they must get sore necks after awhile, yet I've never seen one in a neck brace, hell, I've never seen one without a neck brace!

Male nipples?:

Would suggest a mammalian being.

WHO are they?: Beings that may or may not exist, like leprechauns, unless of course they are the leprechauns. Whatever the case they are prominent enough in our society to assume, that yes, they do exist. But of course there is no proof, just witness accounts, all we have is the word of others.

What are they?:
Most likely mammals, similar to us, they could even be our genetic parents, they could have mixed their DNA with apes and came up with humans, I always thought we were merely intelligent apes, and it shows. We are very smart, yet we have the intelligence but the behaviour of mere apes.
I would assume that alien DNA is quite similar to ours, like our DNA is 99% similar to primates, assuming that us humans are alien crossbreeds with apes, I would assume alien DNA is at least 95-99% similar to our DNA.

Ape or Monkey?

Apes are not monkeys. Apes are larger, have fewer young (and spend a longer time raising them), spend more time upright, and depend more on their eyes than on their noses. And unlike monkeys, apes do not have tails. But the most important difference is that apes are more intelligent than monkeys. Their brains are larger and more developed, and apes can learn and pass along information.

When did they become known?:
As far as I am concerned they may have been around since the 'ye olde testament days' Stories of particular importance are Ezekiels wheel, and basically anywhere in the bible where impossible miracles take place, the aliens were there, Dude!

Where are they from?:
Space? Zeta Reticuli?

The Pleiades?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pleiades_(star_cluster)
Possibly not, because they pleiadian system is a mere estimated 100 million years old and is made up mainly of young, hot stars. (like in Hollywood? sorry ;) )

Why are they here?:
Well, for one, they are curious, they have large brains and want to fill them up. It is very possible they are monitoring the progression (and subsequent degression) of human civilization, be it social, religious, basically they are curious how intelligent apes can operate on Earth. As of now, it is my theory that the Aliens are interested now in preserving the DNA of all life on Earth, like a muchly advanced type of a Noah's ark type of deal. They see how we are pissing in our own trough and killing everything else first, like intelligent apes would.
Someones got to take responsibilty, if it's not going to be us.
Is it to far-fetched to think they have another Earth like planet that they may be inhabiting with earthly life forms, Sans humans? After all, it is generally assumed that humans are not an important part of the food chain, in essence we are like parasites here, the Earth can manage just fine without us, probably even better off. As the NASA tether footage suggests, there are huge motherships(?) out there that are of a diameter measured in miles or Km's (the tether itself is about 12 miles long), would it be too far fetched to believe these are Noah type arks, storing life now, storing extinct species, or will be part of an Earth evacuation? We can only speculate.
